A Letter from the Founder

10Gen Wealth

Dear Reader,

Wealth creates extraordinary possibilities.

It opens doors, expands horizons, and enables families to make a lasting impact. But for all its advantages, true legacy, the kind that endures for generations, requires more than capital. It requires people who are ready to carry it.

At 10Gen Wealth, we focus on helping families grow what we call the human side of wealth, the clarity, confidence, and purpose needed to thrive across generations.

This work is both professional and personal to me.

I was raised in a family whose financial success became very public when I was still in school. That visibility shaped me in quiet and unexpected ways. I understood early on that with wealth can come assumptions, expectations, and pressure, not just from others, but from within. Even when I worked to build something of my own, I saw how often success was overlooked and identity was misunderstood.

I built 10Gen Wealth to support individuals and families navigating the personal dimensions of wealth that often go unspoken, but are deeply felt. I am also a registered Occupational Therapist, which means our work is grounded in evidence, structure, and ethical care. This is not therapy. It’s not life coaching. It’s a tailored, high-trust experience designed to support emotional wellbeing, identity development, and purposeful living within the context of wealth.

Our belief is simple
Purpose sustains wealth. And purpose lives in people.

When individuals have a strong sense of identity, a healthy relationship with privilege, and a clear path forward, families flourish.

Who We Work With
We partner with a small number of families each year through private programs and advisory relationships. Our work is designed for:

  • Next-generation inheritors who are exploring identity, direction, and independence within a legacy they didn’t choose - but want to carry well

  • Parents and caregivers who want to support their children or adult children with intention, especially when early signs of drift, avoidance, or dependency are emerging

  • Families seeking support for a child or young adult with disability or mental health needs, where traditional services don’t always understand the role that wealth, visibility, or lifestyle plays

  • Individuals experiencing challenges such as gambling, substance use, or emotional exhaustion, who want high-trust, non-judgemental support

  • Families in transition, navigating changes in leadership, roles, or communication across generations

  • Those wanting to proactively support children or teens to develop maturity, values, and emotional confidence early - before challenges arise

  • Families who want to foster a strong, healthy relationship with wealth, grounded in contribution, responsibility, and joy

Our Approach
Every engagement with 10Gen Wealth is fully customised. We work privately, discreetly, and with purpose—whether one-on-one with an inheritor, in partnership with parents, or across generations. Some families seek us out during key transitions. Others work with us preventatively, to ensure the next generation is prepared not just financially, but personally.

Our work blends:

  • Evidence-based methodology rooted in occupational therapy, systems thinking, emotional regulation, and life design

  • Lived understanding of the UHNW environment—its complexity, pace, privilege, and nuance

  • Absolute discretion and professionalism, with all work conducted under AHPRA clinical standards

  • Tailored delivery: private sessions, family consultations, or long-form programs depending on the needs and preferences of each family

This is work that supports flourishing, not because something is broken, but because something important is being built.

At its core, 10Gen Wealth exists to help families thrive through every chapter of their legacy, not just financially, but through the people who carry it forward.

If that speaks to you, we welcome your introduction.

Warmly,
ASB
